Alexa is a passionate and intentional instructor with 8+ years of experience in teaching fitness and fostering personal growth. Specializing in various types of movement through pilates and sculpt; Alexa’s classes offer fluid, dynamic structures that are both fun and transformative. As a classically trained Pilates instructor, she also provides classes and private sessions in non-heated environments and is skilled in working with equipment like the reformer and Cadillac.
Her innovative teaching style is rooted in mindful movement, energy work, and reiki, creating a truly unique and empowering experience. By blending her background as a school teacher with her expertise as a heated sculpt and Pilates instructor, Alexa has developed an approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. She draws on her strong foundation in education to bring empathy, clear communication, and an exceptional level of understanding to every session.

ENERGY
Alexa’s reiki and intuitive sessions go beyond the traditional approach. Each session begins with a 10–15 minute conversation where we connect. This is your time to share whatever is on your mind—your current experiences, symptoms, triggers, work, relationships, passions, or anything else you feel called to discuss. During the in-person and/or virtual session, which lasts 30–40 minutes, she guides you through a specific breathwork practice while performing reiki. She will work with your energy centers (chakras), connect with higher realms, and receive guidance from your spirit team and the universe.
Together, we’ll release energetic blocks, clear cellular residue, cut energetic cords, and help you process unexpressed pain or trauma. This form of energy medicine supports not just your physical body but also your mental, emotional, and energetic well-being. Every session is uniquely tailored to your energy, needs, and personal journey. No two sessions—or outcomes—are the same.
Sound Healing
Alexa's sound healing session is a deeply immersive experience that taps into the power of vibrational frequencies to support your body’s natural healing process. Unlike other practices, sound healing invites you to simply lie back, and let the waves of sound wash over you. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, or chimes, the session creates a meditative soundscape designed to quiet the mind and nurture your inner calm. Tapping into your delta and theta state.
The experience is as unique as you are—some people find deep relaxation, while others feel energized, gain clarity, or access buried emotions. The tones and vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to release tension, balance your energy, and create space for renewal.
Whether you're new to sound healing or a seasoned participant, each session offers an opportunity to pause, reset, and connect with yourself in a way that feels both restorative and uplifting. Yes, virtual Reiki sessions are just as effective as in-person ones. While in-person sessions allow me to use physical tools like crystals or essential oils, the healing energy transmitted during a virtual session is just as powerful. Reiki works through intention and energy, and distance is not a barrier. During virtual sessions, I can still connect deeply with your energy, guide you through the experience, and offer healing wherever you are.
There is something uniquely special about the in-person connection, but the energy flow during a virtual session is just as potent. Especially in times like these, Reiki has proven to be a powerful tool for healing, no matter the physical distance. Trust that the benefits you receive will be just as impactful whether we’re together in person or connected through virtual space.

Reiki sessions should be scheduled as often as you feel called to have them. It’s always important to let your intuition guide you in determining the right timing for your healing. I have clients who come once a week, once a month, every couple of months, or even just once a year or every few years. There’s no “right” or “wrong” frequency—your healing journey is unique, and it’s up to you to listen to your own needs. Trust that your body and energy will guide you to the sessions that are right for you at any given time.

While sound healing can induce a meditative state, it is its own distinct practice. The vibrational frequencies help you enter deep relaxation or altered brainwave states like theta or delta, which can support meditation or just deep rest.

Energy healing is safe, but some people may experience temporary sensations like tiredness or mild discomfort as the body adjusts to the healing. These are typically signs of emotional or energetic release, not illness. Any discomfort is usually short-lived. Staying hydrated and resting can help. If you have specific health concerns, it’s always a good idea to discuss them with your practitioner before the session.
